I'm ok I guess

Been kinda.. eh. Gained about three pounds over the weekend, there was plenty of pizza and popcorn, I think at least a pound and a half is water weight. So, this weeks goal is getting that off by drinking a lot and not eating much besides sugar free jello and high protein, fat free, plain yogurt. Maybe some milk or protein powder.

  1. Omnomnom protein. I'm out of yoghurt, I need some more. My favourite dessert is to put low-fat yoghurt on a sliced up apple with cinnamon. Omnomnom!

    Thank you for the helpful comment ages back, I'm sorry it took so long to reply >.< Lol, I'm SO not telling Mum how many people thought she was in her 70s! (I told her I had a guess-her-age contest, lol) As if I needed any more incentive to not start smoking! D:
