Things I've come up with or found, that you might wanna try.

Fat free chicken broth with celery, carrots, beets, garlic, and onion.
Lettuce, chopped celery and/or cubed cucumber with spaghetti sauce (meat based sauces are pretty awesome for a pasta craving, and the chunky veggie ones make me feel healthy lol, some plain sauces can be 20 cal for a half cup) (sometimes I'll add some soybeans to that too)
Sliced tomato with basil, salt, and garlic.
Tea with sugar free coffee syrup/flavor and unsweetened almond milk (which is 20 cal for a half cup) (tastes amazing, no coffee bitterness, my favorite is vanilla & cinnamon oolong)
Or for something richer, just almond milk with sugar free syrup. (the Almond Breeze brand is my favorite)
Recently I got some pumpkin spice coffee stuff & have been drinking it in Almond Milk, yummy.

Get a large water bottle & some drink mixes!
Fiber pills! Best used with a water bottle.
For help with slow digestion, look for Acidophilus capsules, or probiotics, its that 'active culture' stuff you want from yogurt, without the calories! Yay pills! (I've read that these little things will eat some of the sugar straight out of your digestive tract, so you absorb and store less of it, great for when you're eating fruit).
Calcium stuff helps burn calories! (Yay more pills!)
